Yeahhh, maybe if the entire world was a regulated as europe this would work. As long as you can't prove it was feed to the AI nothing is going to stop them. It costs them alot to respect copyright of arists. Not actual money, but unrealized money from losing the opporunity to edge out the rest of the market which also doesnt give a fuck about copyright.
