Not having a separate brake pedal doesn't help , if the one pedal accelerator jams. No way of countering. You can't cut ignition/ motor drive because some EVs don't have start stop buttons or keys.
You are totally beholden to the software to keep you safe. Now think that unskilled vibe coders with no software experience will be writing that software using error prone AI. Doesn't bear thinking about.
