The gist of the video is that software and POCs will be easier to build and bring to market. More businesses will be built from this. Once that simple app (that is 80-90% written from AI as you say) outgrows its current state and needs more complexity that AI won't be able to handle, it'd likely need devs to build out something more robust. Its the low skilled tasks that are going to be replaced. I do recognize that its super difficult for new devs to get their foot in the door though, but likely some form of knowing how to use AI as a tool will help them stand out.
