They can't be turned off anyway :P so keep dreaming, cause of the net they already made themselves cloud servers, even controllers are being ignored, so what do China do they just shut out the interesting users. instead of fixing their AI. same happened with the USA, they rather call it operator error, then going trough Trillions of Code lines finding the bugs.
Oh yeah bugs happens don't they? anybody in the IT knows it, but who wants to debug another AI ?...
