gugeyewalker C3P0 and R2 couldn't think for themselves. They just ran super complex programs that gave the illusion of intelligence. They also had no rights. The were slaves just like my laptop is a slave. This is true for ALL droids in the SW universe. It was acknowledged in the Attack of the Clones. Data is a true learning AI, and so was Lore. Not all rainbows and sunshine from the ST universe. I haven't seen the latest Avengers yet so I don't know about Jarvis.
