Yes, this has happened and so far, there are around 50 reported perpetrators (75% of which are teenagers), around 600 reported victims within school district, and around 20 reported victims within the military. Yes, this is still a disgusting crime, and the perpetrators should be condemned and brought to justice. No, this is nowhere near the scale and severity of the Nth Room. No, this is not a common thing among Korean men, especially among the adult male population. No, the so-called Deep Fake Map is not a reliable source, created by a random user on a forum who has compiled reports from radical feminist forums which is completely overblown, inaccurate, and atrociously indifferent to the actual victims (muddying up the data by fake reporting at large). No, I'm not some conspiracy theorist or redpilled male supremacist, just an extremely concerned bilingual Korean dude who's living in Korea and noticing the world's lowest TFR (total fertility rate, at around 0.6) fueled by socio-economic factors, and accelerated by gender conflict between Korean men and women. There is no reason whatsoever why my country should be divided by such a vile and ill-intended ideology, yet there are thousands of new posts every single day on multiple all-female forums spreading hate rhetoric to a staggering degree. These are the communities that are collectively celebrating all and any male victims of major crimes in Korea, going so far as leaving derogatory notes at the scene of the crime where flowers are supposed to be, idolizing criminals who murdered or accidentally killed male victims, and collectively chanting "Korean male insects should all die" the first chance they get. TFR of 0.6 is an existential crisis in Korea, yet the gender conflict is ever growing and intensifying, and the once one-way force of hatred initiated by radical feminists, have now become a vicious, deathly dance. Male communities hell-bent on fighting back are growing exponentially. This is just sad. Instead of spreading messages of love, harmony, and understanding, instead of looking at social issues not through the lens of gender division but that of humanity, Korea is walking down the path of gender war divided by biological factions. And for what? What possible purpose does this cycle of hate serve in the greater scope of the Korean society? Korea is literally 2 generations away from total population collapse, and there doesn't seem to be a brake in sight. Shame.
