Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) are unexplainable and unpredictable. The trained part of the ANN is in the "hidden layers" that currently cannot be explained. This lack of unexplainable logic is why self driving vehicles are incredibly dangerous. I can't even count the number of false responses I've had from AI searches. Garbage in/Garbage out.
