AI is language based, correct? Is there a difference between AI based on different language? If so, AI are language biased. Are they culturally biased too? What other biases might they have. Is there a path to purposely bend an AI toward a particular philosophy? Dogma? Will future hackers use AI to infiltrate political elections in such a way as to be undectible? Could this lead to global domination by a small group of hackers? Just curious.
