What got me was Microsoft unable to put me through to a real person because it’s AI bot Couldn’t understand my company name: endorphin software Limited. So I didn’t get the support I needed, couldn’t resolve their upgrade process that kept crashing, and lost my customer. My customer lost their system, and Microsoft lost the small revenue they were getting from it. My conclusion: Microsoft doesn’t care about the little guy anymore.
