Uruguay does not host any dedicated AI data-center facilities from the major cloud providers. The only large-scale project is Google’s data centre in Canelone which is using air-rather than water-cooling to protect local supplies. So using Uruguay situation to demonstrate something is very callous way to add emotions to manipulate the public. This is hardly a balanced discussion.
