There are VERY few things I think AI should be allowed to do:
1. Medical shit like scanning images and being tested on recognition of diseases. The inputs would be monitored by a team of DIVERSE doctors to ensure no racial or sexist biases.
2. Gather meteorological data to better design watering times for local plants and solar farm arrangements. Predict where dry lightning might start fires and locate and request help for natural disasters. Again, it is monitored and maintained by many different people to ensure a lack of bias.
3. Automated reports for data already being collected by scientists don't make any changes or assumptions; just send out reports for public record.
I HATE AI "art" and that every AI search burns the same energy as a city. It's annoying. We could have flying car and sustainable megacities but instead we had dipshits who fear learning new skills and cars that cut off fingers.
