What if you split ai up to optimise for 1 thing at a time, so the first for example optimises for accuracy, the second optimises for user comprehend ability, the third optimises for user agreeability, the fourth for honesty and the third for safety, passing between each encoded but as each works for 1 purpose there’s no problem with leaning to heavily on one goal, after all isnt it trying to prioritise different goals in different ways we can’t understand and often misinterpret the issue
