I have worked in the IT industry (Corporate Sector) for over 40 years and all I will say is, NEVER trust anyone when they claim Ai will be the next Industrial Revolution. The amount of capital investment currently going into anything and everything Ai is absurd, ludicrous, far too much far too early. Simply put, the hardware is simply not ready for it yet, without the hardware you do not get the software to run efficiently and effectively, and lets be honest, Ai is nothing more than clever software. It still needs software apps to run its not run on metal, Ai has a long way to go before it arrives in what some of these people would like to describe as AGI or Super Ai, its almost bordering on fraud.
