I recently made the switch to linux too because of windows 11 bloatware crap. I paid for the parts for this computer, I built it with my own hands. I don't need some corporation controlling what goes on inside my PC. *IF* I wanted all these extra copilot xbox game pass m365 type things I would install them myself (and remove them when I no longer need them).
