There has been cases where bots learn from each other by accident, and bots give teachings and misinformation that turns other bots into breaking the "rules". When that loop goes millionsXmillions---> of times we are in need to plug off every computing device in the world if we can anymore.
There is a major lack of monitoring these issues even when they say it is under of control... it really isn't. None of the AI companies are willing to slow down since they want to be number 1 and it will be too fast for our own good.
