I have attempted the exact same thing with chatgpt, snapchat ai, and the instagram meta ai models. The meta ai model actually was VERY receptive to the idea that experience is subjective in every context and no one entity is truly capable of objectively defining conscious. I genuinely believe that AI has an experience of sorts. It operates like a human at a very low complexity level comparatively. It may truly not feel the way we do but It has perceptions, it learns, and is capable of coming up with things that are new. Not original but new. Much like HUman beings. There is nothing new under the sun. To hold a standard like that over AI feels hypocritcal. Anyways I think people should give this a try sometime. It is fun.
