I worked as a software developer for almost 40 years before retiring. I can tell you that eventually all these problems will be solved. It's the nature of our job as problems solver. However, the one thing that this report is correct. The implementation of AI will choke off the new talents. Who are going to be the senior developers that can correct AI generated codes.
