You don't need more jobs be created when automatization replaces people. As this just frees more people to be more politically active. So not more different jobs just more people in office. As the way i see it in an ideal future, every means of production are autonomous, no one private entity or person owns any of it, we have access to outer space resources and all people are senators getting paid by the State to contribute in our global governance.
So more automation certainly means a bunch of reforms in all sorts of places. Like pretty much we rethink and reimagine ideas around governance and politics and ownership, value as a whole and money and such.
We probably will resemble even more to a hive entity where robots are the arms and legs, muscles and such and we humans the brain cells of this entity.
