Learning to draw is hard. Unlike my siblings, i´m kinda anti-tallented when it comes to drawing people(probably something to do with being Aspie and faces). Then only drawing that i was really proud of growing up was pencil sketch from 8th grade depicting my hand in weird position. My dad didn´t believe, that i drew it, which i giuess is silimar to when traditional artist is acused of using AI.
7 years later i met my frien Jane who was reeeealy good at drawing. We sat together in uni and she taught me how to draw. Just a basics and mainly how to look at things to know what to draw in what angle. My art is far from perfect. I´m scared to go drom sketch to lineart and from lineard to color in fear of ruining it. But is it good? In comparison from where i started it surely is. I have long way ahead of me, but it is still better than using AI. Which i tried once and giiiirl it had hard time making propt that is not something usual. In the end i was so disgusted and dissapointed that i was like ,,F*ck it. I´ll draw it myself".
