He´s hypocritical. Why isn´t he investing his millions in programs developing safety guidelines for AI development and offering them publicly for good-minded companies. These companies can then use this safety policies, apply them to their AI tech and then as a marketing campaign for their business. This is when the consumers and average people can choose to support the safer businesses. This is how the masses can put pressure on the businesses. Not by demonstrating on the streets. He could also spend his money to advertise everywhere for good businesses and make them popular to the masses. Or use his money to support legal battles and lawyers in their work to create regulations for AI. Is he doing that or is he greedy to keep millions to himself for his comfort? He got the millions from creating AI!!! An average person doesn´t have his leverage to put pressure on the government. He´s intelligent, but delusional about his moral compass. He´s just infusing us with fear that we may become instinct without having the courage to act on it when he has the means to do so!
