You get what you pay for. Each version of Windows is worse (from the user POV, it is also more intrusive which the developer likes). Each version of Office is worse. The file explorer doesn't organize properly as it used to. And while basic non-AI is getting worse, we're supposed to believe AI is going to replace production employees. But... who is checking the AIs work? Who is fixing the AIs work. And after a while, if you have to do the work without AI, who could do it? Its obvious AI can help. Should come alongside as a tool. Replace? Well, when your production goes downhill maybe management will have to look for work.
