Processes are always going to be foundational in any system, I like the way he framed it. I do utilize LLM’s to reference something in a new view or challenge my current view, such as interacting in debates or putting me in an abstract scenario to use that information. But I think it is better for me to make up my own for enhanced creativity, too.
