The beauty standards was already unrealistic from before, how long has photoshop been the norm now? Pretty much since it was invented.
So there should be no problem with just using a AI-generated model, compared to taking a real one and modifying the model in photoshop.
At least this way with AI, people can be told that the person isn't real, making them feel better.
