I’ve seen the use of AI in the work place first hand. To the untrained unprofessional eye, you’ll think a colleague is a genius all of a sudden, but when you dig a little deeper, it becomes apparent the information attained by AI is somewhat generic and certainly not specific enough to address the nuances within organisation. I’ve seen colleagues crash and burn when asked to elaborate on their AI findings and how they apply to the company specifically. It is a great tool when used responsibly, but it will make mediocre resources mask their clear deficiencies.
