I clicked at 5:45, and it makes perfect sense. LLMs only have a statistical notion that what they know is true. They can fool you into thinking they understand what they know is true because they can "sometimes" provide you with an eloquent explanation of the truth. But they are just regurgitating someone else's explanation.
