If making the art, you should be satisfied with the result of an original painting made by your hands. Why would this bother someone who cherishes his art? He's capable of making masterpieces better than the AI pictures while others buy some generic computer-made images. Artists like those should pity them.
This situation really affects paid artists, or those with large egos who need to assure credit for the art he/she/it did.
With that said, yeah, AI is continuing it's way to fucking us in more and more ways.
