A certain portion of child wouldn't do good with a school like that. Purely due to behavioral issues. But if the teachers that ARE there are able to be there to do actual teaching for the ones who can't motivate themselves, the ones who can't focus unless directed by someone, and etc.
It's a wonderful idea.
Also as long as the staff doesn't take advantage of the kids by pocketing profits kids make on food truck endeavors and so on
