Why did he not mention China on his list? They are a world leader in AI and possibly ahead of the US in development, have huge economic assets, have zero official transparency, and have looser rules about human rights. Very suspicious omission, enough to undermine his credibility. China sponsors a lot of propaganda in Western media, including Western youtubers, fake accounts and bots on twitter, journalists, and think tanks.
