I suffer from chronic pain in my hands to the point I can't hold a pencil for longer than a few minutes. I got to learning 3d Model Art as an alternative. I've seen people without arms paint with a brush in their mouths or on their feet. AI image generator users don't care about the accessibility of art, it's just an excuse as you said.
