if they were the same, then anyone who could do one should be able to do the other. ask any one of them to open Procreate and make the same thing they make with AI, and they wouldn’t be able to. digital art is more closely related to traditional than AI will ever be, because it still requires skill and understanding of HOW to draw in order to make anything.
