as far as art is concerned, I think we will see laws similar to music. everyone making AI art better be careful, because when The Mouse decides to roar, it's gonna be loud. Disney owns Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, and on it goes. and anyone in Los Angeles can tell you, it's a mistake to step on that particular tail. they have endless money and endless lawyers. I've pulled all of my art off of the internet, not much was up in the first place, and am waiting it out. but I think the Getty Images lawsuit is just the beginning. no one understands artists values better than Hollywood. so buckle up, this is hardly over. fool around and find out applies, frankly. (and if you think you know more about copyright law and how it can be enforced than Hollywood lawyers, I would suggest you have never met a H'wood lawyer.) in the meantime, thanks Sam. you aren't alone in any of these thoughts.
