Nor should literature, music, code, or any other human output that can be copyrighted.
I wonder if we’re too late, though. We’ve been complicit in using these models and that adoption means that the companies behind them are getting a healthy revenue stream. They can afford to settle copyright lawsuits and keep the status quo.
We might need better government oversight and regulation here.
