Loading and unloading will be easy to replace with robots. An intermediate step will include remote controlled loaders, but eventually the controllers will get replaced. And barcodes will easily allow an automated delivery bot to read the packages in the truck. They'll even know where in the truck to find it due to being able to access where the loading bot remembered putting it.
