Whenever someone comes up to me and expects praise for ai "art" that "they " made, i ask them what ai they used and praise that instead. The biggest argument against ai art in my mind is that it isn't art. Art comes from the heart, not the sentence "generate a rabbit holding, and pointing at, a clock". And the worst thing, in my opinion, is that people are so proud of it sometimes. They would come to me; smile on face, gleem in eyes and expected look as they show me some slop that, with that face, you get the impression that they must have slaved away for hours typing that prompt one letter at a time. EDIT: I used to have a friend (long story) that used the excuse "I'm bad at drawing" to make ai do everything for them. If your bad at drawing, either do more practice, become an impressionist, or (last demotivated resort) seek other passions that you are naturally talented at. DOUBLE EDIT: forgot that former friend was *_elegedly_* dislexic but there are people in this coment section with the same or worse condition who have said themselfs that they make there own art. I dont have anything more to say other than ai art is lazy.
