I've only ever used AI to help me make stuff. It would help me get past writers block by giving me a couple of continued sentences to give me an idea to continue, or use image generation as inspiration for drawing. AI is just a tool, and I hate how many people treat it like a solution. You wouldn't build a table with an axe, but with it you'd hew the timber.
