Note that the car moving over was signaling. Tesla FSD cannot even detect a turn signal. Waymos can. While putting on your turn signal does not entitle you to move over, the Tesla should have been watching for the car to move over and drop back if needed to avoid an accident. Yet another reason why Tesla FSD is not and may never be ready for fully autonomous driving.
