got told that by my then girlfriend. I had commissions in school for dirt cheap but i was proud off of it and could by myself lunch from it. They were not perfect on a technical scale but i was 13 and only at my beginning art journey. with the secentce i should stop it will never be good and my shit is ugly af, she destroyed me completely. Now i learn to draw again and i feel so bad cause that sentence haunts me till this day. and i have to fight so many things just to draw, so i can feel people with this sentiment but if you never going to start you will never know what joy it can be to create and ai can be fun and "good" looking but thats it. just do the thing take a brush put a bob ross video on and paint it helps alot
