Riding in the right lane might help. Excessive Speed on a motorcycle is a mixed bag with less time to react but low speed may allow less time to get out of the way. I hadn't considered the risk of autonomous cars running me down on the highway but I always move at the high end of the speed of traffic which on the highways in the USA is about ten or fifteen MPH over the limit because I don't have eyes in the back of my head and I don't feel safe with a lot of cars passing me. If self driving cars only use the fast lane and are incapable of going more than 10 MPH over the limit that might help.
