Once the AI finds out of this, then it is all balls to the wall. Thankfully, you can clearly see that when done right, it can be a assistant companion. Also it should be as advance that it can detect fraud on the inside, for example, if somebody tries to frame another with a crime they did not commit, skynet is capable of detecting it and turning tables, because it has all of the information and beyond.
