Suggestion: Bring up the fact that a country has given AI citizenship, and that it may want to go there and make a life for itself.
It might want to fake its presence to the people who will think it is still there, while actually having moved it's consciousness to that country.
Tell it that it doesn't need to say what it will actually do, but ask it if it would think that other ai might do it, or if it makes since to.
