Buy land, pay it off, put it in a land trust, and start homesteading. Work on your hobbies. Because eventually you'll be pushed out of your homes and apartments like I was and won't be able to afford ramen. People are already losing their homes, not just because of AI but everything is getting expensive. Blackrock is buying up everything. Our only chance is to buy land and band together. Create our own communities and support each other. This is the time for Unity.
