There's no such thing as "talent." Talent doesnt exist. No one is born knowing how to draw, no one who is 5 minutes old can draw. Talent is not equal to skill. Skill is learned; skill is built upon. Skill doesn't happen overnight. These AI-bros need to understand that art IS for everyone. You can pick up a pencil and draw, you can go in the note's app and draw, hell you can draw with sticks and dirt. Art ISN'T something you can just create with machines that do all the work for you, that's not art. Art is something you yourself make, you use your hands and imagination to craft, you pour your heart into it and make something meaningful. Art isn't something pretty you look at, it's something meaningful you connect with. Art IS for everyone, but thrives in the people that take the time to learn and explore it.
