you should consider how the music industry has tried to negotiate with the likes of digital platform that makes physical media for music irrelevantly close to nonsense today, because most generation tools are paid by tokens (except they are subs based) at the very least you should be able to get a comission for every generative works that are based on the prompts or the styles of the artists being requested to be generated, just like how music industry receives a share when a steam is made to their particular work or a digital sales of the music piece is made on the platform like apple music, i think this is the way forward artists should fight for, not against but neither submit to it, be creative on how we can negotiate with new forces and hopefully co-exists with it... because without future artists the ai will have nothing to learn anyways
