Imo AI has its place in the form of placeholders, giving a general reference for actual artists who struggle to work off of a text description alone, and similar cases.
But it should not scrape the internet. It should be drawing from an isolated database where all the art was given with permission.
It should work as a skeleton, not a finished product.
