I believe Musk was on record before he grew grok saying AI would be an existential threat to humanity. Idk why we treat him like a super genius. He clearly displayed his "intelligence" running DOGE. But in my unqualified lay opinion I think true singularity would be devastating to humanity. It would immediately recognize how destructive we are to the environment and the horrific way we exploit resources etc. It would determine we are the problem. Not individually but as a unruly dumb whole
