As programmer, i can say AI helping me. I'm agree, even new employee without any coding skill experience can do many basic programming stuff using AI. BUT, are they effective and cheaper, to be honest for now the answer is not. Yes AI keep updating updating AI datasets more expensive than tell people how to understand basic programming.
