So some easy low hanging fruit for fighting deepfakes which i think very few people would argue against: people show inherently own their own image. This would allow people to sue anyone making deepfakes, creepshots, revenge porn, and sue paparazzi.
Two caveats, one the person needs to be the subject matter of the image, this would allow a person to take pictures in public. And two, politicians/government employees are expemt from owning their image. This way the law doesnt interupt the news cycle
