I love AI… For non generative purposes; and I mean that more broadly that just art. AI is amazing for databases,statistical analysis, weather modeling, traffic prediction, and any sort of library searching (searching for legal cases, medical records or disease information, etc)…
I wish people would just accept that AI isn’t built nor useful for creating or acting on information in anything but a mechanical way. Mostly because context or truth, or even a perception of time don’t exist for AI.
I hope the era of generation is ended soon.
