I think people who want ai to be considered art have the completely wrong idea about what art is. They think art is about just wanting something to exist when in reality a better way of describing art is by it being the dedication of someone to create something using the skills they've put effort into. This is why even contemporary pieces can be considered art as they use composition psychology to create something people can understand. There is no skill in ai the only skill required is to be able to write a couple words which almost everyone is capable of with little thought behind it. This is only my opinion but i believe it to be the easiest way to explain the differences between ai and art
