A human taking inspiration from another human is very different from ai basically directly taking data from the real artist without consent. The ai thing is more similar to someone actively either taking a piece of art from someone else and claiming they made it, or someone tracing someone else's art claiming they made it. Inspiration is saying "I like this style" and making your own actual art with it. Ai is kinda known for art theft.
